CNC machined aluminum die-cast radiator
Our heat sinks are widely used in communications, machinery, automobiles, wind power generation, engineering machinery, air compressors, railway locomotives, household appliances and other fields. Our target customers include mid-to-high-end customers in Asia, North America, Europe, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and other regions.
Feature-rich
a. Light weight: Our radiators are made of innovative aluminum alloy, which is much lighter than traditional radiators.
b. Strong corrosion resistance: Our radiators are made of aluminum and zinc alloy, ensuring a long service life even under wear and tear conditions.
c. High temperature resistance: We pay great attention when designing the radiator so that it can withstand high temperatures without losing functionality.
d. Optimum heat dissipation: Our radiator’s superior heat dissipation capability is its main selling point.
Process
1, Aluminum die casting
Equipment: One 300-ton die-casting aluminum machine Contents: ADC12
Process characteristics
a. The furnace temperature is 670°±20°, and the material handle is 20±2 mm.
b. It is impossible to utilize secondary materials.
c. Material composition must be tested to ensure it is suitable for production.
d. After die casting, the first piece must be confirmed.
Note:
a. It is necessary to verify the filling quality of the surface. It’s not the bulge, it’s not the cold insulation, it’s not the lack of material in the pillars.
b. Pay attention to the surface to prevent poor ejector pin crown, mold pulling or mold sticking.
c. For non-machined surfaces and machined surfaces, the ejector pins are concave by 0-0.2 mm. The convexity of the ejector pin must be 0-0.2 mm.
2, Take out the nozzle (saw nozzle) and pull out the slag bag
Hydraulic Press
Note:
a. Pay attention to the surface and don't damage it or use insufficient material.
b. Manage size and appearance.
3, IPQC inspection
calipers, projection, 3D, visual inspection of appearance are examples of testing tools.
Precautions:
Check dimensions against drawings and use accurate measuring equipment.
4, Shape Product front shape
Equipment: Hydraulic presses, forming tools and blade rulers
Precautions:
Within 0.25 mm from the front plane of the product.
5, IPQC inspection
Appearance visual assessment
6, Shape the back of the product
Tools: Forming tools, blade ruler
Note:
Within 0.15mm from the large surface of the product
7, Tapping and drilling
Use the following equipment to drill D2.05 hole depth 6 and tap M2.5 hole depth 5.5: height gauge, bottom hole pass gauge, M2.5 pass gauge
Precautions include avoiding contact with scratches, flange burrs, missed taps, broken taps and residual metal fragments.
8, IPQC INSPECTION Visual inspection
9, Chemical conversion film for cleaning and leather coating
Precautions:
No obvious color, unclean, no contact, no scratching
10, 100% visual inspection (appearance) before powder coating
Thoroughly inspect the goods and packaging
Consumables: dividers, containers, bubble wrap and desiccant
Note:
a. Appearance needs to be checked based on samples. There should be no dents, scratches or other blemishes on the surface and the glue application should be smooth and flawless!
b. The pass and stop inspection requirements of the tooth profile must be met.
c. After the product is inserted into the knife card, the top layer is covered with a flat cardboard and wrapped.
11, FQC exam
Calipers, projectors, pin gauges, tooth gauges, visual and packaging inspection are all examples of testing instruments.
Note:
If the measuring device is still within its calibration window.
12, Shipping notes
a.Confirm that the amount matches the order.
b.Label and stamp the outer box.
c. Send reports on shipments.
13, Qualified transportation inspection
Calipers, projectors, pin gauges, tooth gauges, visual and packaging inspection are all examples of testing instruments.
Precautions:
Verify that the measurement device is still within its calibration window. Whether it meets both customer and SIP requirements.
14, OQC shipment inspection
Testing instruments include calipers, projectors, pin gauges, tooth gauges, outer packaging inspection, etc.
Note:
If the measuring device is still within its calibration window. Whether it meets both customer and SIP requirements.
