1, ZINC die casting

138T zinc die casting machine; ZA 3# material

Process characteristics
a The furnace temperature is 420°±20°, and the material handle is 14±1 mm.  
b. Secondary materials can not be used.
c. Material composition must be tested to ensure it is suitable for production.              d. First piece confirmation is required after die-casting.


a. The surface filling quality needs to be confirmed. no bulging, no cold isolation, and no shortage of materials in the column.
b. Pay attention to the surface and avoid mold sticking, mold drawing, or poor ejector pin protrusion.
c. The ejector pin should be concave 0-0.2mm, while for machined surfaces, the ejector pin should be convex 0-0.2mm.

2, Rmove WATER GAP

Tools: Stick / saw machine

Things to note:

a. Pay attention to the surface must not be crushed, lack of material
b. Dimension control.

3,  IPQC inspection

Testing instruments: three CMM, appearance visual evaluation, projection, Caliper


Use measuring tools correctly and check dimensions according to drawings.

4, Deburring

Sharp angle position inverted R angle,deburring,non-machining surface top needle draping,grinding and connecting shape.

Equipment: File, Wind mill, 120#sandpaper


a. No residual segment difference                  
b. Don't grind over cut
c. Hold the product lightly to prevent pressure injury or deformation.

5, IPQC inspection

Visual inspection of appearance

Equipment:  knife-edge ruler, shaping fixture, Rubber hammers, rubber pads

Visual inspection of appearance, according to SIP

6, CNC(CNC machining+Full material inspection)
Drilling 1x  ϕ2.0 through hole (through 2 sides), drilling 3x ϕ3.0 through hole on the side

Equipment : Automatic drilling and tapping machine table, ϕ2.0 drills, CNC Drilling

a. Do not over-cut or miss processing; 
b. Be careful not to scratch or burr the surface; 
c. Through-hole tolerance within +/-0.1mm

7, IPQC inspection

Needle Gauge Inspection

Through-hole need to pass the needle gauge, according to SOP

8, Grinding

Sanding around and on the sides of the product

Equipment :
wind grinder, 120# sandpaper

No processing should be missed, no sharp corners or burrs should be removed, and the R corners should be connected smoothly.

Visual inspection of appearance

10, oil-spraying (Sherwin-Williams paint)

a. The surface is smooth, no different color or dirt 
b. The surface can not be orange peel, particles.      
c. The surface should not be scratched or stripped of paint.     
d. Color according to the sample, uniform and consistent

11, IPQC inspection

a. Surface quality confirmation after oil spraying, 
b. Hole need needle gauge sampling inspection  

12, Full inspection of appearance + packaging

Equipment : Carton, knife card, clapboard, bubble bag

a. Appearance according to the sample inspection, the surface is not dirty, scratches, dents bad
b. Each product is put into a bubble bag and put into the packing box.  

13, FQC inspection

Test Tools: Calipers, projectors, pin gauges, tooth gauges, visual and packaging inspection 

Whether the measuring tool is within the calibration period.

14, Transportation

a. Confirm that the quantity matches the order.
b. Label and stamp the outer box.
c. Send reports on shipments.

15, OQC shipping inspection

Testing instruments include calipers, projectors, pin gauges, tooth gauges, outer packaging inspection, etc.


If the measuring device is still within its calibration window. Whether it meets both customer and SIP requirements.
