Process

1, Aluminum die casting

800T aluminum die casting machine; ADC12 material

Process characteristics
a The furnace temperature is 670°±20°, and the material handle is 20±2 mm.  
b. It is impossible to utilize secondary materials.  
c. Material composition must be tested to ensure it is suitable for production.  d. After die casting, the first piece must be confirmed.

Precautions:

a. It is necessary to verify the quality of surface filling. There is no bulging, no cold isolation, and no shortage of materials in the column.
b. Pay attention to the surface and avoid mold stringing, sticking or insufficient ejector protrusion.
c. For non-machined surfaces, the ejector pin should be concave 0-0.2mm, while for machined surfaces, the ejector pin should be convex 0-0.2mm.

2, Take out the nozzle (saw nozzle) and pull out the slag bag

Tools: Stick or saw

Things to note:

a. Pay attention to the surface and don't damage it or use insufficient material.

3,  IPQC inspection

Testing instruments: three-dimensional, appearance visual evaluation, projection, calculator

5, CNC (Deburring + Full Material Inspection + CNC Processing)

a. CNC turning
Process the through hole of the perforation, the end face of the inner cavity and the surrounding heat dissipation tooth surface.
Tools: CNC machine tools, drill bits, tap processing fixtures, flat bottom milling cutters.
b. Burr
To achieve a smooth appearance, the product's sharp corners are chamfered, deburred, and non-machined ejector pins are sharpened and polished.
Equipment: 120# sandpaper, wind mill, file
c. Appearance visual assessment and 100% material inspection
Note: 
 a. Avoid excessive cutting or improper processing; 
 b. Be careful not to burr or scratch the surface; 
 c. Verify that the finish of the machined surface is Ra0.8 and that the size and shape meet the limits.
 d.The R corners should be connected smoothly, no burrs or sharp corners should be removed, and no processing should be missed.
 e. The product surface must be free of burrs, blisters, lack of material and other undesirable features.
 f. Use go gauge and stop gauge to detect
 g.Verify product flatness against design
 h. Handle items carefully to avoid deformation

6, IPQC inspection
Visual inspection of appearance

7, Polish (manual removal)

Product clamp caps, slag bags, gate residues, surface particles, etc. need to be removed.
The clamping line should be smoothly connected to other parts without removing sharp edges or corners.

8, IPQC inspection

9, Regional powder spraying and organizational powder spraying
Test Equipment :
Appearance visual inspection combined with colorimeter, film thickness meter, salt spray tester, hundred grid tester, alcohol resistance test, pencil test.
Note:

a. The painted and baked-proof fractal area is clearly visible; 
b. The color is consistent with the sample and the color is uniform; 
c. There is no abnormal color, dirt, exposed bottom, dust accumulation, scratches, etc.

10, IPQC inspection/IQC incoming inspection

IPQC INSPECTION/IQC INCOMING INSPECTION Visual inspection of appearance; inspection of specific quality.
Preventative measures include: Verifying surface condition after powder coating; b. Randomly inspect/test holes using a pin gauge or a hole gauge.

11, Full inspection of appearance + packaging

Thoroughly inspect the goods and packaging
Consumables: dividers, containers, bubble wrap and desiccant

Precautions: 

a. Appearance needs to be checked based on samples. There should be no dents, scratches or other blemishes on the surface and the glue application should be smooth and flawless!
b. The pass and stop inspection requirements of the tooth profile must be met.
c. After the product is inserted into the knife card, the top layer is covered with a flat cardboard and wrapped.

12, FQC exam

Calipers, projectors, pin gauges, tooth gauges, visual and packaging inspection are all examples of testing instruments.
NOTE: Verify that the measurement device is still within its calibration window.

13, Transportation

Prepare for a rainy day:
a. Confirm that the quantity matches the order.
b.Label and stamp the outer box.
c. Send reports on shipments.

14, OQC shipping inspection

Testing instruments include calipers, projectors, pin gauges, tooth gauges, outer packaging inspection, etc.

Note:

If the measuring device is still within its calibration window. Whether it meets both customer and SIP requirements.
