Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: What raw materials and equipment are used for your aluminum die casting process?
A1: We utilize a high-performance 400T aluminum die casting machine and premium A380 aluminum alloy material. To ensure optimal structural integrity, we strictly prohibit the use of secondary or recycled materials.
Q2: How do you verify the quality of the raw material before production starts?
A2: Before starting production, we conduct material composition testing to confirm compliance with technical specifications. Production only commences once the material composition is verified as OK, followed by a first-piece confirmation.
Q3: What are the key quality control requirements for CNC machining and deburring?
A3: During CNC machining, we ensure zero over-cutting or missed processing steps, protect the surface against scratches or burrs, and strictly maintain the specified dimensional and form tolerances. We also perform precise tapping for M3 threaded holes.
Q4: What testing procedures and standards are applied during passivation and cleaning?
A4: Post-machining, all parts undergo ultrasonic cleaning. During passivation, any residual water droplets on the surface must be baked dry. The parts are then subjected to a rigorous 48-hour salt mist test, and the surface must remain free of dirt, oil, or discoloration.
Q5: How do you handle FQC and OQC inspections prior to shipment?
A5: We perform comprehensive FQC and OQC inspections using calibrated measuring tools, including calipers, projection systems, needle gauges, and tooth gauges. We verify that all tools are within their calibration period and ensure the final products conform strictly to SIP and customer requirements.
