Features
This cutting-edge product combines advanced technology with superior functionality to provide the ultimate solution for your base station needs.
1. Excellent Heat Dissipation
As the demand for high-speed data transmission increases in 5G networks, thermal management becomes critical to ensure optimal performance. Our housings are designed to effectively dissipate heat, preventing overheating and ensuring smooth operation of the base station.
2. Excellent Corrosion Resistance
This is especially important for outdoor installations, where exposure to harsh weather conditions can cause damage to the equipment. Our enclosures are built to withstand the elements, protecting your base station from corrosion and extending its lifespan.
3. Lightweight Design
Lightweight and easy to handle and install. This is a significant advantage, especially when it comes to deploying base stations in remote or challenging locations. The lightweight design not only simplifies the installation process but also reduces transportation costs.
Process Steps
Step 01
Aluminum Die Casting

Equipment: 400T aluminum die casting machine

Material: ADC12

Process Characteristics:

  • Furnace temperature: 670°±20°, Material handle: 20±2MM
  • Secondary materials cannot be used
  • Test material composition to confirm suitability before production
  • First piece confirmation is required after die-casting
Precautions
a. Confirm surface filling quality. No cold insulation, bulging, or lack of material for pillars.
b. Avoid sticking molds, drawing molds, or poor ejector pin convexity.
c. Ejector pins must be concave by 0-0.2mm for non-machined surfaces and 0-0.2mm for machined surfaces. Thimble needs to be convex by 0-0.2mm.
Step 02
Remove Spout

Saw spout and knock out slag bag.

Equipment: Sawing machine

Tools: Wooden stick

Precautions
a. No crush injury or shortage of materials.
b. Control the size and appearance.
Step 03
IPQC Inspection

Check dimensions according to technical drawings.

Test Tools: Caliper / Projection / Three-dimensional

Precautions
Use measuring tools correctly and strictly check dimensions according to drawings.
Step 04
Shaping

Product back shaping.

Equipment: Knife-edge ruler, shaping fixture

Precautions
Ensure flatness is within 0.25mm of the front plane of the product.
Step 05
CNC Machining

a. CNC machining (Process the end face of the inner cavity, the end face of the surrounding heat dissipation tooth surface, and the through holes of the tooth holes).

b. Deburring (Chamfer sharp corners, remove burrs, sharpen non-machined ejector pins, and polish smooth).

c. 100% inspection.

Equipment & Tools: CNC machine, flat-bottomed cutter, drill bit, tap processing fixture, file, wind grinder, 120# sandpaper

Precautions
a. Do not overcut; ensure no sand holes, sharp corners, missed processing, scratches, or burrs. Connect R corners smoothly.
b. Ensure processed surface finish is Ra 0.8; control size and shape tolerances.
c. Inspection by go/no-go gauge.
d. Check product flatness according to drawing.
e. Handle gently to prevent deformation.
Step 06
Polishing (Manual Removal)

Remove product clamping line caps, surface particles, slag bags, and gate residues.

Precautions
a. No processing missed; no sharp corners or sharp edges. The mold closing line must connect smoothly.
b. Maintain surface finish of Ra 0.8, controlling size and shape tolerances.
c. Inspect using go/no-go gauges.
d. Verify flatness according to drawing.
e. Handle gently to avoid deformation.
Step 07
Outsourcing (Spraying)

Powder spraying + Oil Spraying (Two-color spraying in separate areas).

Test Tools: Visual inspection, film thickness meter, colorimeter, salt spray tester, hundred grid test tool, alcohol resistance test, pencil test

Precautions
a. Coloring and anti-bake fractal areas must be distinct with no mixed colors, dirt, exposed substrate, dust accumulation, or scratches.
b. Color must be fully consistent with the approved sample.
Step 08
IPQC & IQC Incoming Inspection

Quality check on incoming parts and processed surfaces.

Precautions
a. Confirm surface quality after powder spraying.
b. Randomly inspect holes using needle gauges and go/no-go gauges.
Step 09
100% Inspection (Powder Spraying)

a. 100% inspect the appearance of the powder-coated surface.

b. Conduct random performance testing on the powder coating.

Precautions
1. The painted and anti-bake fractal areas must be distinct, with no abnormal color, dirt, exposed bottom, dust, or scratches.
2. Color must be consistent and uniform according to the sample.
Step 10
Dispensing Glue

Dispense adhesive to the specified bar area. Dispensing width and height: 1.0±0.1mm symmetrically centered.

Tools: Dispensing machine, dispensing fixture

Precautions
1. Glue strips must be uniform with no breakage, accumulation, drawing, overflow, deviation, bubbles, or falling off.
2. Ensure proper curing and adhesion strength.
Step 11
Assembling Accessories

a. Place heat dissipation copper bar in the corresponding dispensing slot position for glue assembly.

b. Lock sheet metal parts using M2.5*5 screws to press the heat dissipation copper block.

Parts List:

  • SE4450 Glue
  • 4x Heatsink Copper Bars
  • 3x Sheet metal parts
  • 6x M2.5*5 half-round screws
Precautions
a. Copper bar dispensing slot must be filled with glue according to the sample.
b. Ensure screws are locked stably without loosening or slipping teeth.
Step 12
Baking (Drying)

Place products in 2 columns and 7 rows (total 14pcs) neatly on the baking line.

Baking Temp: 150℃
