Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: What raw material and equipment are used for aluminum die casting?
A: We utilize a high-performance 400T aluminum die casting machine and premium A380 aluminum material to ensure optimal structural integrity and thermal properties.
Q2: How do you prevent surface defects on the die-cast parts?
A: We conduct strict first-piece confirmation. Our operators inspect the filling quality to ensure no cold insulation, bulging, or mold sticking, maintaining precise thimble and ejector pin tolerances.
Q3: What precision testing tools do you use for quality inspection?
A: We use a comprehensive suite of inspection equipment, including calipers, projectors, three-dimensional measuring systems, needle gauges, and tooth gauges to guarantee dimensional compliance.
Q4: What are the requirements for the cleaning and passivation stage?
A: After ultrasonic cleaning, the parts undergo passivation to prevent oxidation. We strictly require a 48-hour salt mist test to verify the corrosion resistance of the treated surface.
Q5: How are the finished components packaged to prevent damage during shipping?
A: Products are carefully arranged in blister trays or custom knife cards, separated by cardboard layers, and packed in strong cartons with bubble bags to prevent scratches or dents.
