Precautions
- a. Pay attention to the surface without crushing or shortage of materials.
- b. Control the appearance and size.
Step 03
IPQC inspection
Test Tools
Caliper, projection, three-dimensional, visual inspection of appearance.
Precautions
Use measuring tools correctly and check dimensions according to drawings.
Step 04
Grinding
Description
The sharp corners of the product are chamfered, deburred, non-machined ejector pins are sharpened, and polished to smooth the appearance.
Equipment
Wind grinder, 120# sandpaper
Precautions
No processing should be missed, no sharp corners or burrs should be removed, and the R corners should be connected smoothly.

Step 09
Laser engraving two O-port location planes
Equipment
Laser engraving machine, laser engraving fixture
Note
- a. Check that there can be no burrs, particles, aluminum chips on the edge of the O-shaped orifice;
- b. The plane should be complete laser engraving, and the surface after laser engraving is not allowed to be polluted with oil and black marks!
Step 10
100% material inspection - Appearance visual inspection
Note
- a. Appearance should be inspected according to the sample, and the surface should be free from dirt, scratches and defects.
- b. The tooth pattern should be in accordance with the checking of through and through rule.

Frequently Asked Questions
What raw material and equipment are used in the die casting process?
We use a 400T aluminum die casting machine with A380 material. The process requires a furnace temperature of 670°±20° and a material handle of 20±2MM. Secondary materials are strictly prohibited.
What are the requirements for the cleaning and passivation stage?
During the cleaning and passivation process, all surface residual water droplets must be baked clean. The parts must undergo a 48-hour salt mist test, and the surface is not allowed to have any dirt, oil, or color.
How is the quality of the thread holes verified?
The thread patterns, such as the two M3 tapped through holes processed during CNC machining, must comply with the strict pass-and-stop (through and through) gauge inspection rules.
What packaging methods are used to protect the finished products?
Products are placed in blister trays or knife cards, covered with white rice paper or flat cardboard on the upper layer, protected using bubble bags, and then securely packed into cartons.
What checks are performed during final shipping and OQC inspection?
OQC and shipping inspections verify that the quantity matches the order, outer boxes are labeled and stamped, and a shipping report is provided. All measuring tools must be within their calibration period and compliant with SIP and customer requirements.
