🛠️ Process

1. Aluminum die casting

Equipment: One 300-ton die-casting aluminum machine

Contents: ADC12

Process characteristics:

  • a. The furnace temperature is 670°±20°, and the material handle is 20±2 mm.
  • b. It is impossible to utilize secondary materials.
  • c. Material composition must be tested to ensure it is suitable for production.
  • d. After die casting, the first piece must be confirmed.
Note:
  • a. Verify the filling quality of the surface (no bulge, no cold insulation, no lack of material in pillars).
  • b. Prevent poor ejector pin crown, mold pulling, or mold sticking.
  • c. Ejector pins concave/convex by 0-0.2 mm.
2. Take out the nozzle & pull out slag bag

Equipment: Hydraulic Press

Note:
  • a. Pay attention to surface protection (no damage/insufficient material).
  • b. Manage size and appearance.
3. IPQC inspection

Testing tools: Calipers, projection, 3D, visual inspection of appearance.

Precautions: Check dimensions against drawings and use accurate measuring equipment.
4. Shape Product front shape

Equipment: Hydraulic presses, forming tools and blade rulers.

Precautions: Within 0.25 mm from the front plane of the product.
5. IPQC inspection

Appearance visual assessment.

6. Shape the back of the product

Tools: Forming tools, blade ruler.

Note: Within 0.15mm from the large surface of the product.
7. Tapping and drilling

Drill D2.05 hole depth 6 and tap M2.5 hole depth 5.5.

Equipment: Height gauge, bottom hole pass gauge, M2.5 pass gauge.

Precautions: Avoid contact with scratches, flange burrs, missed taps, broken taps and residual metal fragments.
8. IPQC INSPECTION Visual inspection

Visual inspection process confirmation.

9. Chemical conversion film

Cleaning and leather coating process.

Precautions: No obvious color, unclean parts, contact marks, or scratching.
10. 100% visual inspection

Inspection before powder coating. Thoroughly inspect goods and packaging.

Consumables: Dividers, containers, bubble wrap, and desiccant.

Note:
  • a. Check surface appearance against samples (no dents, scratches, blemishes; smooth glue application).
  • b. Meet tooth profile pass/stop inspection requirements.
  • c. Pack correctly with flat cardboard top layer.
11. FQC exam

Testing instruments: Calipers, projectors, pin gauges, tooth gauges, visual and packaging inspection.

Note: Verify if the measuring device is still within its calibration window.
12. Shipping notes

Preparing logistics documentation and packing verification.

13. Qualified transportation inspection
