Hydraulic presses
Precautions
- Pay attention to the surface without crushing or shortage of materials.
- Control the appearance and size.
Step 03
IPQC Inspection
Test Tools
Caliper, projection, three-dimensional, visual inspection of appearance
Precautions
Use measuring tools correctly and check dimensions according to drawings.
Step 04
Shaping
Details & Equipment

Visual inspection of appearance
Step 06
CNC Machining
Process Details
Machining of internal cavity end faces, backside holes, side of one end, hole through-hole
Equipment
CNC machine, flat-bottomed gong tool, Drill Bit, Tap machining jig
Precautions
- Do not overcut or miss processing.
- Avoid surface bruises and burrs.
- Ensure surface finish Ra0.8, size, shape, and location tolerances.
Step 07
Air Tightness Testing
Test Parameters
Test pressure: 20kpa ~ 30kpa; stabilized pressure: 20 seconds; test time: 10 seconds; leakage control within 0.3kpa
Equipment
Airtight Tooling, Airtightness Test Equipment
Precautions
- Ensure product appearance surface protection; sealing groove parts must be free of touch scratches.
- Discover leakage phenomena in time and mark/isolate the parts.
Step 08
100% Material Inspection
Inspection Type
Visual inspection of appearance
Note
- Surface must be free of overcut, sand holes, lack of material, burrs, and other undesirable phenomena.
- Perform go/no-go fixed gauge inspection.
- Test the flatness of the product according to the drawing.
- Hold the product lightly to prevent deformation.
Step 09
Grinding
Process Details
Chamfering R-angle, deburring, thimble shaving on non-machined surfaces, polishing and smoothing the shape
Equipment
Air grinder, 120# sandpaper
Note
Do not miss processing. Ensure no sharp corners, burrs removed cleanly, and connected smoothly to the R angle.
Step 10
IPQC Inspection
Inspection Type
Visual inspection of appearance
Step 11
Cleaning + Chemical Conversion Membrane + Powder Spraying
Precautions
- No color differences, dirt, touching, or scratching.
- Color matching must strictly follow the sample, uniform and consistent.
- Powder thickness must be uniform; no accumulation of tumors, no exposed substrate.
Step 12
IPQC Inspection + Special Characteristics Inspection
Inspection Type
Visual inspection of appearance
Precautions
- Confirm surface quality after coating.
- Holes require needle gauge sampling and go/no-go fixed gauge inspection.
Step 13
Riveting and Pressing D4.7 Dowels
Equipment
Pressure riveting jig, hydraulic press
Note
- Check that pins are loaded without deviation or falling off; ensure no bulge or pressure injury on the product surface.
- Verify height dimensions after pressure riveting.
Step 14
Full Inspection of Appearance + Packaging
Note
- Inspect appearance according to sample. The surface must be free of dirt, scratches, dents, and defects; glue dispensing must be even and defect-free.
- The tooth pattern must comply with go/no-go fixed gauge inspection.
- Place the product in the knife card, then package.
Step 15
FQC Inspection
Test Tools
Caliper, projection, needle gauge, tooth gauge, appearance and outer packaging inspection
Precautions
Verify whether the measuring tools are within their calibration validity period.
Step 16
Shipping
Precautions
- Ensure the quantity matches the order.
- Label and stamp the outer box.
- Provide a shipping report.
Step 17
OQC Shipping Inspection
Test Tools
Caliper, projection, needle gauge, tooth gauge, appearance and outer packaging inspection
Precautions
Ensure measuring tools are within the calibration period. Verify consistency with SIP requirements and customer specifications.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What materials and machines are used in your aluminum die casting process?
We utilize a high-performance 1250T aluminum die casting machine running with premium ADC12 material. The furnace temperature is strictly maintained at 670°±20° to ensure optimum melt quality.
Q2: How do you test the air tightness of the die cast components?
We use specialized Airtight Tooling and Airtightness Test Equipment. The testing parameters require a test pressure value of 20kpa to 30kpa, a stabilized pressure time of 20 seconds, a test time of 10 seconds, and strict leakage control within 0.3kpa.
Q3: What quality control inspections are carried out during the manufacturing process?
Quality control is integrated at multiple steps: initial IPQC inspections, 100% material inspection, FQC (Final Quality Control) inspection, and a final OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) shipping inspection. We utilize calipers, projection, needle gauges, and tooth gauges to verify dimensions.
Q4: What requirements do you follow for surface coating and powder spraying?
We guarantee no color differences, dirt, touch marks, or scratches. The color must match the approved sample uniformly, and the powder thickness must be completely consistent with no exposed substrate or powder accumulation.
Q5: How do you ensure the precision and dimensional tolerances of CNC machined parts?
During CNC machining of internal cavities, end faces, and holes, we monitor tolerances closely to prevent overcutting. We ensure a surface finish of Ra0.8 and verify internal threads and hole dimensions using go/no-go fixed gauges and needle gauges.
