Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What are the primary material and temperature specifications for the die casting process?
The process utilizes ADC12 material. The furnace temperature is strictly maintained at 640°±20° with a material handle of 20±2MM. Secondary materials are strictly prohibited to ensure optimal structural integrity.
Q2: How is the quality of the surface verified during the initial stages?
The filling quality of the surface is systematically checked to confirm there is no cold insulation, bulging, or lack of material for the pillars. Attention is paid to avoid sticking molds, drawing molds, or poor ejector pin convexity.
Q3: What precision requirements are enforced during CNC machining?
During CNC machining, operators must ensure that no over-cutting or missing processing occurs, and the surface remains free of scratches or burrs. The finished surface must achieve a roughness of Ra1.6, with tight size and shape tolerances.
Q4: What inspections are performed after powder spraying?
After powder spraying, an IPQC and Special Characteristics Inspection are conducted. The surface quality is confirmed to ensure no color differences, dirt, or scratches. Additionally, holes are randomly inspected with needle gauges or tooth hole pass gauges.
Q5: What packaging standard is followed to protect the products during shipment?
Products are placed securely into a knife card setup within cartons, using clapboards and bubble bags. Visual inspection confirms the surface is free of dirt, scratches, dents, and defects before final dispatch.
Q6: How does the facility ensure the accuracy of FQC and OQC test tools?
For both FQC and OQC inspections, tools such as calipers, projection systems, needle gauges, and tooth gauges are strictly verified to ensure they are within their valid calibration periods and comply with SIP and customer requirements.
