Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q
What are the raw material standards and melting temperature limits for your aluminum die casting process?
We use high-grade ADC12 aluminum material and perform strict composition testing before production. The furnace temperature is strictly maintained at 640°±20° with a material handle of 20±2MM. To ensure structural integrity, secondary materials are strictly prohibited.
Q
How do you ensure the precision and surface finish of CNC machined parts?
We utilize specialized CNC machines, flat-bottomed cutters, drill bits, and custom processing fixtures. We ensure the finished surface roughness meets Ra1.6, and perform strict dimensional tolerance checks to prevent over-cutting or surface scratches.
Q
What quality checks are performed during the powder spraying stage?
Before spraying, parts undergo cleaning and chemical conversion membrane treatment. During spraying, we verify that the powder thickness is uniform, without accumulation or exposed bottom. The final color must match the sample uniformly with zero dirt or scratches.
Q
How often is IPQC inspection performed during the manufacturing process?
IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) is conducted at multiple critical stages: post-die casting, after spout removal, following shaping, after CNC machining, post-grinding, and after powder spraying. This guarantees defects are caught early before proceeding to subsequent stages.
Q
What inspection tools are used to verify the final product before shipping?
Our FQC and OQC teams utilize calibrated calipers, projection systems, three-dimensional measurement devices, needle gauges, and thread go/no-go gauges. We inspect the appearance, dimensions, and packaging to ensure full compliance with SIP and customer specifications.
