Process

Step 01
Aluminum die casting

Equipment & Material: 800T aluminum die casting machine; ADC12 material

Process characteristics:

a. The furnace temperature is 670°±20°, and the material handle is 20±2 mm.

b. It is impossible to utilize secondary materials.

c. Material composition must be tested to ensure it is suitable for production.

d. After die casting, the first piece must be confirmed.

Precautions:
a. Verify the quality of surface filling. No bulging, no cold isolation, and no shortage of materials in the column.
b. Avoid mold stringing, sticking or insufficient ejector protrusion.
c. Non-machined surfaces: ejector pin concave 0-0.2mm; machined surfaces: ejector pin convex 0-0.2mm.
Step 02
Take out the nozzle & pull out slag bag

a. Pay attention to the surface and don't damage it or use insufficient material.

CNC (Deburring + Full Material Inspection + CNC Processing)

a. CNC turning: Process the through hole of the perforation, the end face of the inner cavity and the surrounding heat dissipation tooth surface. Tools: CNC machine tools, drill bits, tap processing fixtures, flat bottom milling cutters.

b. Burr: To achieve a smooth appearance, the product's sharp corners are chamfered, deburred, and non-machined ejector pins are sharpened and polished. Equipment: 120# sandpaper, wind mill, file

c. Appearance visual assessment and 100% material inspection

Note:
a. Avoid excessive cutting or improper processing;
b. Be careful not to burr or scratch the surface;
c. Verify that the finish of the machined surface is Ra0.8 and that size and shape meet limits.
d. R corners should connect smoothly, no burrs or sharp corners left, no processing missed.
e. Surface must be free of burrs, blisters, lack of material.
f. Use go gauge and stop gauge to detect.
g. Verify product flatness against design.
h. Handle carefully to avoid deformation.
Step 06
IPQC inspection

Product clamp caps, slag bags, gate residues, surface particles, etc. need to be removed.

The clamping line should be smoothly connected to other parts without removing sharp edges or corners.

Regional powder spraying and organizational powder spraying

Test Equipment: Appearance visual inspection combined with colorimeter, film thickness meter, salt spray tester, hundred grid tester, alcohol resistance test, pencil test.

b. The color is consistent with the sample and the color is uniform;
c. There is no abnormal color, dirt, exposed bottom, dust accumulation, scratches, etc.
Step 10
IPQC inspection/IQC incoming inspection

Preventative measures include: Verifying surface condition after powder coating; b. Randomly inspect/test holes using a pin gauge or a hole gauge.

Full inspection of appearance + packaging

Thoroughly inspect the goods and packaging.

Consumables: dividers, containers, bubble wrap and desiccant

a. Appearance checked based on samples. No dents, scratches or blemishes, smooth glue application.
b. Pass and stop inspection requirements of tooth profile must be met.
c. After product is inserted into knife card, top layer is covered with flat cardboard and wrapped.

FQC exam

Testing instruments: Calipers, projectors, pin gauges, tooth gauges, visual and packaging inspection.
