Process Workflow
Material: ADC12
- Furnace temperature: 670°±20°, Material handle: 20±2MM;
- Secondary materials cannot be used;
- Test the material composition to confirm that it is OK and can be produced;
- First piece confirmation is required after die-casting.
- The filling quality of the surface needs to be confirmed. No cold insulation, no bulging, or lack of material for the pillars.
- Pay attention to the surface to avoid sticking molds, drawing molds, or poor ejector pin convexity.
- The ejector pins are concave by 0-0.2mm for non-machine-added surfaces and 0-0.2mm for machine-added surfaces. The thimble needs to be convex 0-0.2mm.
- Pay attention to the surface without crushing or shortage of materials.
- Control the appearance and size.

- Do not overcut, missed processing;
- Surface attention must not be bruised, burrs; and
- Ensure that the surface finish Ra0.8, size, shape and location tolerances.

- No different colors, dirty, not touching and scratching
- Color according to the sample, uniform and consistent;

- Confirm the surface quality after powder spraying;
- The holes need to be randomly inspected with a needle gauge/tested with a tooth hole pass gauge.
Equipment: Pressure riveting jig, hydraulic press
- check the pin after loading without offset, fall off, the product surface without bulging, bruises ;
- Check the height size after riveting.
- The appearance shall be inspected according to the sample. The surface shall be free of dirt, scratches, dents and defects, and the glue dispensing shall be even and without defects!
- The tooth pattern must comply with the go – no go fixed gauge inspection;
- The product is placed in the knife card, and then packaged.
- make sure the quantity is the same as order.

The process uses a 1250T aluminum die casting machine with ADC12 material. The furnace temperature is strictly controlled at 670°±20°.
Air tightness is tested using specialized airtight tooling and testing equipment. The test pressure is maintained between 20kpa and 30kpa with a stabilized pressure time of 20 seconds and a test time of 10 seconds. The leakage must be controlled within 0.3kpa.
Precautions include ensuring no color discrepancies, no dirt, and avoiding touching or scratching. The color must match the sample uniformly, and the powder thickness must be consistent without accumulation or exposed bottom parts.
Before shipping, the products undergo FQC and OQC inspections using calipers, projection, needle gauges, tooth gauges, and visual inspection of both the appearance and the outer packaging. Tools must be verified to be within their calibration period.
During packaging, the appearance is fully inspected according to the sample to ensure it is free of dirt, scratches, dents, and defects. The products are placed in knife cards, surrounded by cartons, clapboards, and bubble bags to prevent damage.
