Features

With the rapid development of 4G technology, base stations have become increasingly important in ensuring smooth connections and fast data transmission.

Exceptional Durability

The cover is made of high-quality aluminum for superior strength and corrosion resistance, ensuring long-lasting functionality even in the most demanding conditions.

Excellent Heat Control

Because the material has strong thermal conductivity, it can effectively dissipate heat, minimize overheating, and ensure that the base station operates at maximum efficiency.

Elegant & Functional

It has a sleek, modern style that blends easily into its surroundings, making it ideal for urban environments and public spaces.

Manufacturing Process

Step 1

300T Aluminum Die Casting Machine (ADC12 Material)

Process Characteristics
  • Material handle: 20±2mm, furnace temperature: 670°±20°
  • The use of secondary materials is not allowed
  • Verify through testing that the material composition is suitable and can be manufactured
  • After die casting, first piece confirmation is required
Preventive Measures
  • Verify the filling quality of the surface. Ensure no bulges, cold insulation, or lack of material in the pillars.
  • Pay attention to the surface to prevent poor ejector pin crown, mold pulling, or mold sticking.
  • For non-machined and machined surfaces, the ejector pins must be concave by 0-0.2 mm. The ejector pin must have a convex shape of 0-0.2 mm.
Step 2

Take Out the Nozzle (Saw Nozzle) & Pull Out the Slag Bag

Tools & Equipment
  • Tools: Sawing machine
  • Equipment: Wooden stick
Precautions
  • Pay attention to the surface and don't damage it or use insufficient material.
  • Manage size and appearance.
Step 3

IPQC Inspection (Dimension Verification)

Inspection Tools
  • Caliper / Projector / 3D measuring system / Visual appearance inspection
Precautions
  • Use measuring tools correctly and check dimensions strictly according to drawings.
Step 4

SHAMPING (Back of Product)

Equipment
  • Knife Ruler / Forming Tool / Hydraulic Press
Precautions
  • Ensure the product front error is strictly within 0.25mm.
Step 5

CNC Machining

Process & Tools
  • Processing: Internal cavity end face, peripheral heat dissipation tooth face end face, punching through-hole processing.
  • Deburring: Chamfer/deburr sharp corners; polish non-machined ejector pins for a smooth finish.
  • Inspection: 100% inspection.
  • Tools: CNC machine tools, flat bottom milling cutters, drills, tap processing jigs, file, wind grinder, 120# sandpaper.
Precautions
  • No overcutting, no blisters, no sharp corners, no missing processing, no scratches, no burrs. R corners should connect smoothly.
  • Ensure the processing surface finish reaches Ra 0.8, and control size and shape tolerances.
  • Inspections must be conducted according to go/no-go rules.
  • Check the flatness of the product according to the drawings.
  • Handle the product carefully to prevent deformation.
Step 6

Polishing (Manual Removal)

Process Details
  • Remove product clamping caps, surface particles, slag bags, and gate residues.
Precautions
  • No leakage processing, no sharp corners, no vertical edges, and ensure a smooth connection of the mold closing line.
Step 7

Outsourcing

Precautions
  • The coloring and baking-resistant fractal area must be obvious. There must be no abnormal color, dirt, exposed bottom, dust accumulation, or scratches.
  • The color must be consistent with the approved sample.
Step 8

IPQC Inspection / IQC Incoming Material Inspection

Precautions
  • Confirm the surface quality after powder spraying.
  • The holes need to be randomly inspected with pin gauges, and checked with pass gauges and stop gauges.
Step 9

100% Inspection

Process Details
  • 100% check the appearance of the powder coating.
  • Conduct spot checks on powder coating performance tests.
Precautions
  • The coloring and baking resistance fractal area must be obvious. Ensure no abnormal color, dirt, exposed bottom, powder accumulation, or scratches.
  • The color must be consistent with the sample.
Step 10

Dispensing Glue

Process & Tools
  • Glue width and height asymmetry centered at 1.0 ± 0.1, glued to designated strip area.
  • Tools: Dispensing jigs and machines.
Precautions
  • The strips must be even; they must not crack, pile up, pull, spill, deflect, blister, or fall off.
  • Verify glue adhesion strength and ensure optimal curing performance.
Step 11

100% Inspection (Appearance + Packaging)

Precautions
  • Appearance is inspected based on reference samples. The surface must be free of dirt, scratches, dents, and defects. Glue must be applied evenly.
  • The tooth shape must comply with the general rules and stop rules.
  • Put the product into the knife card, cover the upper layer with flat cardboard, and then package it.
Step 12

FQC Inspection

Inspection Tools
  • Calipers, projectors, needle gauges, tooth gauges, appearance and outer packaging inspection.
Precautions
  • Verify whether the measuring tools are within their valid calibration periods.
Step 13

Shipping

Precautions
  • Make sure the quantity matches the purchase order exactly.
  • Confirm labels and seals are properly placed on the outer box.
  • Provide comprehensive shipping reports.
Step 14

OQC Shipping Inspection

Inspection Tools
  • Calipers, projectors, pin gauges, tooth gauges, appearance and outer packaging inspection.
Precautions
  • Ensure the measuring tools are within their calibration period.
  • Confirm the products fully meet SIP requirements and customer specifications.
