Process Characteristics
- The furnace temperature is 420°±20°, and the material handle is 14±1 mm.
- Secondary materials can not be used.
- Material composition must be tested to ensure it is suitable for production.
- First piece confirmation is required after die-casting.
Precautions
a. The surface filling quality needs to be confirmed. no bulging, no cold isolation, and no shortage of materials in the column.
b. Pay attention to the surface and avoid mold sticking, mold drawing, or poor ejector pin protrusion.
c. The ejector pin should be concave 0-0.2mm, while for machined surfaces, the ejector pin should be convex 0-0.2mm.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: What materials and machinery are used in your zinc die casting process?
We utilize a 138T zinc die casting machine and work with high-quality ZA 3# material. The furnace temperature is strictly monitored at 420°±20° to guarantee optimal casting parameters.
Q2: How do you ensure quality control during the production process?
Quality control is integrated at multiple stages through IPQC, FQC, and OQC inspections. We use advanced testing instruments including three CMM, projectors, calipers, and needle gauges to verify dimensions against drawings and comply with SIP and SOP guidelines.
Q3: What tolerances and surface standards do you achieve with CNC machining?
Our CNC drilling and tapping operations maintain a strict through-hole tolerance within +/-0.1mm. We actively monitor the process to ensure no over-cutting, surface scratches, or residual burrs occur.
Q4: What are the requirements for the oil-spraying finish?
We apply Sherwin-Williams paint to produce a smooth, uniform surface that matches the approved sample. The finish is carefully inspected to prevent orange peel, paint particles, scratches, or paint stripping.
Q5: How are the finished products packaged for transport?
Each fully inspected product is individually wrapped in a bubble bag and placed inside protective packaging boxes equipped with cartons, knife cards, and clapboards to prevent damage during transportation.
