Process
1, Aluminum die casting:
Material: ADC12; Equipment: 1250T aluminum die-casting machine.
Process characteristics
a. Material handle: 20±2mm, furnace temperature: 670°±20°;
b. The use of secondary items is not allowed;
c. Verify through testing that the material composition is suitable and can be manufactured;
d. After die casting, first piece confirmation is required.
Preventive measures include:
a.Verify the filling quality of the surface. It’s not the bulge, it’s not the cold insulation, it’s not the lack of material in the pillars.
b. Pay attention to the surface to prevent poor ejector pin crown, mold pulling or mold sticking.
c. For non-machined surfaces and machined surfaces, the ejector pins are concave by 0-0.2 mm. The ejector pin must have a 0-0.2 mm convex shape.
2, Take out the nozzle (saw nozzle) and close the slag bag
Equipment : Wooden Stick/sawing machine
Note:
a. Pay attention to the surface and don't damage it or lack of material.
b. Manage size and appearance
3, IPQC inspection (verify detailed dimensions in drawings)
Testing instruments: calipers, projection, three-dimensional modeling, visual appearance inspection
Precautions:
Check dimensions against drawings and use accurate measuring equipment
4, Product back plastic surgery
Product anti-shaping tools: shaping jig, blade ruler
Caution:
Within 0.25 mm from the front of the product
5, CNC (Deburring + Full Material Inspection + CNC Processing)
A. CNC turning
Process the through hole of the perforation, the end face of the inner cavity and the surrounding heat dissipation tooth surface.
Tools: CNC machine tools, drill bits, tap processing fixtures, flat bottom milling cutters.
B. Burr
To achieve a smooth appearance, the product's sharp corners are chamfered, deburred, and non-machined ejector pins are sharpened and polished.
Tools: sandpaper (120#), wind grinder, file
C. Appearance visual assessment and 100% material inspection
Precautions:
a. Avoid over-cutting or improper processing; b. Be careful not to produce burrs or damage the surface;
b. Verify that the treated surface has Ra0.8 polish and dimensional and shape tolerances
The R corners should be connected smoothly, no burrs or sharp corners should be removed, and no processing should be missed.
d. The surface of the product must be free of burrs, blisters, lack of material and other undesirable features.
e. Use the go gauge and stop gauge to detect
f. Verify product flatness against design
g. To avoid deformation, please handle with care.
6, IPQC inspection
Appearance visual assessment
7, Polish (manual removal)
Slag bags, gate residue, surface particles and product clamping wire caps should all be removed.
Note: The mold closing line should be connected smoothly, no sharp edges or corners should be removed, and no processing should be skipped.
8, IPQC exam
Prepare for a rainy day:

9, Area powder coating: outsourcing powder coating
Test Equipment :
Appearance visual inspection combined with colorimeter, film thickness meter, salt spray tester, hundred grid tester, alcohol resistance test, pencil test
Precautions:
a. The painted and baked-proof fractal area is clearly visible;
b. The color is consistent with the sample and the color is uniform;
c. There is no abnormal color, dirt, exposed bottom, dust accumulation, scratches, etc.
10, IQC incoming material inspection and IPQC inspection
Inspection of appearance and unique qualities.
Note:
Verifying surface condition after powder coating; b. Randomly inspect/test holes using a pin gauge or a hole gauge.
11, Overall appearance + packaging inspection
Thoroughly inspect the goods and packaging
Consumables: dividers, containers, bubble wrap and desiccant
Precautions:
a. Check the appearance based on the sample. There should be no dents, scratches or other blemishes on the surface and the glue application should be smooth and flawless!
b. The pass and stop inspection requirements of the tooth profile must be met.
c. After the product is inserted into the knife card, the top layer is covered with a flat cardboard and wrapped.
12, FQC exam
Testing instruments include calipers, projectors, pin gauges, tooth gauges, outer packaging inspection, etc.
NOTE: Verify that the measurement device is still within its calibration window.
13, Transportation
Note:
a. Confirm that the quantity matches the order.
b. Label and stamp the outer box.
c. Send reports on shipments.
14, OQC shipment inspection
Inspection instruments: calipers, projectors, tooth gauges, needle gauges, appearance, outer packaging inspection
Prepare for a rainy day:
If the measuring device is still within its calibration window. Whether it meets both customer and SIP requirements.
