Process
1, Aluminum die casting
Equipment: 400T aluminum die casting machine, Material: ADC12
Process characteristics
a. Furnace temperature: 670°±20°, Material handle: 20±2MM;
b. Secondary materials cannot be used;
c. Test the material composition to confirm that it is OK and can be produced;
d. First piece confirmation is required after die-casting.
Precautions:
a. The filling quality of the surface needs to be confirmed. No cold insulation, no bulging, or lack of material for the pillars.
b. Pay attention to the surface to avoid sticking molds, drawing molds, or poor ejector pin convexity.
c. The ejector pins are concave by 0-0.2mm for non-machine-added surfaces and 0-0.2mm for machine-added surfaces. The thimble needs to be convex 0-0.2mm.
2, Remove spout (Saw spout and knock out slag bag)
Equipment: Sawing machine
Tools: wooden stick
Precautions:
a, no crush injury or shortage of materials
b, Control the size and appearance.
3, IPQC inspection (check dimensions according to drawings)
Test tool: Caliper / Projection / Three-dimensional
Precautions:
Use measuring tools correctly and check dimensions according to drawings.
4, Shaping (Product frontal shaping)
Equipmen: Cutting edge ruler / Shaping tooling/ Hydraulic presses
Precautions:
Inaccuracy within 0.25mm of the front of the product.
5, CNC
a: CNC- CNC machining (Process the end face of the inner cavity, the end face of the surrounding heat dissipation tooth surface, and the through holes of the tooth holes.)
b: Deburring (The sharp corners of the product are chamfered, deburred, non-machined ejector pins are sharpened, and polished to smooth the appearance.)
c:100% inspection
Use of equipment and tools:
CNC machine/ Flat-bottomed cutter/ Drill bit
Tap processing fixture/ File / Wind grinder / 120# sandpaper
Precautions:
a, Do not over cut, no sand holes、no sharp corners、miss processing; without scratch, no burr; and the R corners should be connected smoothly.
b. Ensure the finish of the processed surface is Ra 0.8, control the size and shape tolerances.
c.. Inspection by go gauge and no-go gauge .
d. Check the flatness of the product according to the drawing
e. Handle the product gently to prevent deformation
6, Polishing, (manual removal)
Remove product clamping line caps, surface particles, slag bags, and gate residues
Precautions: - No processing be missed、no sharp corners 、no harp edges and the mold closing line should be connected smoothly.
7, Outsourcing
Powder spraying(spraying in separate areas)
Test tools:
Appearance visual inspection + film thickness meter + colorimeter + salt spray tester + hundred grid test tool + alcohol resistance test + pencil test
Precautions:
a,The coloring and anti-bake fractal areas are obvious, no different colors, dirt, exposed bottoms, dust accumulation, scratches, etc.;
b, The color is consistent with the sample;
8, IPQC inspection/IQC incoming inspection
Precautions:
a. Confirm the surface quality after powder spraying;
b. The holes need to be randomly inspected by needle gauge,inspection by go gauge and no-go gauge.
9, 100% inspection
a, 100% inspect the appearance of the powder-coated.
b, Conduct random inspections for the powder-coated performance test.
Precautions:
a. The coloring and anti-bake fractal areas are obvious, no different colors, dirt, exposed bottoms, powder accumulation, scratches, etc.;
b. The color is consistent with the sample
10, Dispensing glue (Dispensing glue on the defined rib area, dispensing width and height 1.0±0.1 symmetrically centered.)
Tools: Dispensing machine, dispensing fixture
Precautions:
1. Glue strips is uniform, no breakage, accumulation, drawing, glue overflow, deviation, bubbles, falling off, etc.
2. Ensure that the glue does not regenerate well or does not stick, and the glue strength is not ideal, etc.
11, 100% inspection(100% inspection of appearance + packaging)
Precautions:
a,The appearance shall be inspected according to the sample. The surface shall be free of dirt, scratches, dents and defects, and the glue dispensing shall be even and without defects!
b,The tooth pattern must comply with the go gauge and no-go gauge;
c, The product is placed in the knife card, covered with flat cardboard on the upper layer, and then packaged.
12, FQC inspection
Test Tools: Caliper, projection, needle gauge, tooth gauge, appearance and outer packaging inspection
Precautions:
Whether the measuring tool is within the calibration period.
13, Shipping
Precautions:
a. make sure the quantity is the same as order.
b. Label and stamp on the outer box
c. Provide a shipping report.
14, OQC shipping inspection
Test Tools: Caliper, projection, needle gauge, tooth gauge, appearance and outer packaging inspection.
Precautions:
Whether the measuring tool is within the calibration period. Whether it is consistent with SIP requirements and customer requirements.
