High pressure die cast aluminium alloy cap for 4G telecom RRU
Feature
With the rapid development of 4G technology, base stations have become increasingly important in ensuring smooth connections and fast data transmission.
The product's exceptional durability is one of its main advantages. The cover is made of high-quality aluminum for superior strength and corrosion resistance, ensuring long-lasting functionality even in the most demanding conditions.
The metal lid is not only sturdy but also provides good heat control. Because the material has strong thermal conductivity, it can effectively dissipate heat, minimize overheating, and ensure that the base station operates at maximum efficiency.
Furthermore, the design of the lid is both elegant and functional. It has a sleek, modern style that blends easily into its surroundings, making it ideal for urban environments and public spaces.
Process
300T aluminum die casting machine; ADC12 material
Process characteristics
a. Material handle: 20±2mm, furnace temperature: 670°±20°;
b. The use of secondary materials is not allowed;
c. Verify through testing that the material composition is suitable and can be manufactured;
d. After die casting, first piece confirmation is required.
Preventive measures include:
a.Verify the filling quality of the surface. It’s not the bulge, it’s not the cold insulation, it’s not the lack of material in the pillars.
b. Pay attention to the surface to prevent poor ejector pin crown, mold pulling or mold sticking.
c. For non-machined surfaces and machined surfaces, the ejector pins are concave by 0-0.2 mm. The ejector pin must have a convex shape of 0-0.2 mm.
Take out the nozzle (saw nozzle) and pull out the slag bag
Tools: A sawing machine
Equipment: wooden stick
Note:
a. Pay attention to the surface and don't damage it or use insufficient material.
b. Manage size and appearance
3, IPQC inspection (check dimensions according to drawings)
Inspection tools: caliper/projector/3D/appearance visual inspection
Precautions:
Use measuring tools correctly and check dimensions according to drawings.
4, SHAMPING the back of product)
Equipment: Knife Ruler/Forming Tool/Hydraulic Press
Precautions:
The product front error is within 0.25mm.
5, CNC:
a: CNC processing (internal cavity end face, peripheral heat dissipation tooth face end face, punching through hole processing)
b: Deburring (chamfer and deburr the sharp corners of the product, and sharpen and polish the non-machined ejector pin to make the appearance smooth.)
c: 100% inspection
Use of equipment and tools:
CNC machine tools/flat bottom milling cutters/drills/tap processing jigs
Tap processing jig/file/wind grinder/120# sandpaper
Precautions:
a. No overcutting, no blisters, no sharp corners, no missing processing; no scratches, no burrs; R corners should be connected smoothly.
b. Ensure the processing surface finish is Ra 0.8, and control size and shape tolerances.
c. Inspections are conducted according to go and no-go rules.
d. Check the flatness of the product according to the drawings
e. Handle the product carefully to prevent deformation
6, Polishing, (manual removal)
(Remove product clamping caps, surface particles, slag bags, and gate residues.)
Precautions:
No leakage processing, no sharp corners, no vertical edges, and smooth connection of the mold closing line.
7, Outsourcing:
Precautions:
a. The coloring and baking-resistant fractal area is obvious, and there is no abnormal color, dirt, exposed bottom, dust accumulation, scratches, etc.;
b. The color is consistent with the sample;
8, IPQC inspection/IQC incoming material inspection
Precautions:
a. Confirm the surface quality after powder spraying;
b. The holes need to be randomly inspected with pin gauges, and checked with pass gauges and stop gauges.
9, 100% inspection
a. 100% check the appearance of the powder coating.
b. Conduct spot checks on powder coating performance tests.
Precautions:
a. The coloring and baking resistance fractal area is obvious, and there is no abnormal color, dirt, exposed bottom, powder accumulation, scratches, etc.;
b. The color is consistent with the sample
10, Dispensing GLUE, width and height asymmetry centered at 1.0 ± 0.1, glued to designated strip area
Tools: dispensing jigs and machines
Precautions:
a. The strips are even; they won't crack, pile up, pull, spill, deflect, blister, fall off, etc.
b. Verify whether the glue cannot adhere or regenerate well, whether the glue strength is optimal, etc.
11, 100% inspection (100% appearance + packaging inspection)
Precautions:
a. Appearance is inspected based on samples. The surface is free of dirt, scratches, dents and defects, and the glue is applied evenly without defects!
b. The tooth shape must comply with the general rules and stop rules;
c. Put the product into the knife card, cover the upper layer with flat cardboard, and then package it.
12, FQC inspection
Inspection tools: calipers, projectors, needle gauges, tooth gauges, appearance and outer packaging inspection.
Precautions:
Whether the measuring tool is within the calibration period.
13, Shipping
Precautions:
a. Make sure the quantity is the same as the order.
b. Labels and seals on the outer box
c. Provide shipping reports.
14, OQC shipping inspection
Inspection tools: calipers, projectors, pin gauges, tooth gauges, appearance and outer packaging inspection
Precautions:
Whether the measuring tool is within the calibration period. Whether it meets SIP requirements and customer requirements.
