Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What material is used for the 5G base station aluminum cover?
The cover is manufactured using premium ADC12 aluminum alloy, processed on a 400T aluminum die casting machine to ensure high strength and robust quality.
Q2: How does the cover help manage the heat of 5G base stations?
The high thermal conductivity of the aluminum alloy allows for efficient heat dissipation. This thermal management prevents overheating and ensures the base station operates at optimal performance.
Q3: What surface treatments are applied to the aluminum cover?
The cover undergoes specialized powder spraying (applied in separate areas). The coating is verified using thickness meters, colorimeters, salt spray testers, and cross-cut tests to ensure durability against harsh environments.
Q4: How is the sealing of the cover guaranteed?
An automated dispensing machine applies a uniform glue strip (1.0±0.1mm width and height) along the defined rib areas. This prevents leakage, overflow, and bubbles, ensuring a secure and reliable seal.
Q5: What quality inspection protocols are in place before shipping?
Every batch undergoes multi-stage inspections, including CNC 100% inspection, IPQC checks, and FQC/OQC shipping inspections. We use calibrated instruments like calipers, projections, needle gauges, and tooth gauges to verify dimensions and appearance.
