1, Industrial aluminum profile processing

Industrial aluminum profile processing is more common, such as assembly line aluminum, heat dissipation aluminum. It adopts the extrusion molding process, that is, raw materials such as aluminum ingots are melted in the furnace and then extruded through the extruder into the mold outflow molding. It can also extrude a variety of aluminum profiles with different cross-sections. The general length of 6 meters, need to be processed again, such as: sawing, punching, milling, drilling, chipping, etc..

The main performance strength, hardness, abrasion resistance are in line with national standards GB6063. advantages are: light weight only 2.8g/cm³, no rust, fast design changes, low investment in molds, longitudinal elongation of up to 10 meters above. The processing appearance of industrial aluminum profiles is divided into bright and matte. Processing technology using anodic oxidation treatment, surface treatment oxide film thickness is usually 0.07-0.12mm. aluminum profile processing wall thickness according to the optimization of product design selection. It is not the thicker the better on the market. It should be designed according to the requirements of the cross-section structure.

The surface quality of aluminum profile processing also has defects that are more difficult to overcome: warping, deformation, black lines, bumps and white lines. Designers with high level and reasonable mold design and production process can avoid the above inconspicuous defects. The inspection of defects should be carried out in accordance with the national inspection method, i.e. the sight distance is 40~50CM to recognize the defects.

Aluminum extrusion processing has a wide range of uses in furniture: screen frames, a variety of hanging beams, table legs, decorative strips, pulls, wire channels and covers, chair tubes, etc., can be designed to use a thousand variations!

Aluminum processing although there are many advantages, but there are also shortcomings:

Unoxidized aluminum is prone to "rusting", resulting in a decline in performance. Longitudinal strength is not as good as iron products. The wear resistance of the oxidized surface layer is not as good as that of the electroplated layer, and it is easy to be scratched, and the cost is higher. Relative to iron products cost about 3-4 times higher.

2, die-casting aluminum alloy and aluminum profiles are processed in different ways, the equipment used is also different. Its raw material is aluminum ingot (purity of about 92%) and alloy materials, melted in the furnace, into the die-casting machine molding. The shape of die-cast aluminum products can be designed like toys with different shapes and easy connection in all directions. In addition, it has high hardness and strength and can be mixed with zinc to form zinc-aluminum alloys. Die-cast aluminum products are injection molded one piece at a time, eliminating the need for sawing.

The main points of the die-casting aluminum molding process:
bhbr

1. Die casting molding

2. Coarse polishing to remove the remaining material in the mold

3. Fine polishing

On the other hand, the production process of die-cast aluminum requires the manufacture of molds, which are very expensive and higher than other molds such as injection molds. At the same time, it is very difficult to repair the molds, and it is difficult to reduce the repair material in case of design errors.

Disadvantages of die-cast aluminum:

The amount of processing for each production run has to be large, and the cost is low. Polishing is more complicated and the production cycle is slower. Product cost is about 3 to 4 times higher than injection molded parts. Screw holes should be larger (diameter 4.5mm) to stabilize the connection force

Scope of application: table legs, moving table connectors, decorative heads, industrial aluminum extrusion processing seals, countertops and coffee table top brackets, etc., a wide range of applications.

In short: aluminum extrusion is a mechanical processing method that does not require melting of metal materials; aluminum alloy die casting is a casting method that must first melt metal materials. Aluminum alloy die casting is thermal processing. The melted aluminum alloy is poured into a mold and then removed from the mold. In other words, very complex products can be processed.
