Process
1, Aluminum die casting
Equipment: 800T aluminum die casting machine, Material: ADC12
Process characteristics
a. Furnace temperature: 670°±20°, Material handle: 20±2MM;
b. Secondary materials cannot be used;
c. Test the material composition to confirm that it is OK for production;
d. First piece confirmation is required after die-casting.
Precautions:
a. The surface filling quality needs to be confirmed. No cold isolation, no bulging, or lack of material in the column.
b. Pay attention to the surface and avoid mold sticking, mold drawing, or poor ejector pin protrusion.
c. The ejectors pin for non-machined surfaces should be concave by 0-0.2mm, while the ejector pins for machined surfaces should be convex by 0-0.2mm.
2, Remove spout (Saw spout and knock out slag bag)
Equipment : Stick/sawing machine
Precautions:
a. Pay attention to the surface without crushing or shortage of materials.
b. Control the appearance and size.
3, IPQC inspection
Test tool: Caliper, projection, three-dimensional, visual inspection of appearance
Precautions:
Use measuring tools correctly and check dimensions according to drawings.
4, Shaping
Product back shaping
Equipment : knife-edge ruler, shaping fixture
Precautions:
Within 0.25mm of the front plane of the product
5, CNC (CNC machining+Deburring+Full material inspection)
A.CNC machining
Process the end face of the inner cavity, the end face of the surrounding heat dissipation tooth surface, and the through holes of the tooth holes.
Equipment :
CNC machine, flat-bottomed cutter, drill bit, tap processing fixture.
B. Deburring
The sharp corners of the product are chamfered, deburred, non-machined ejector pins are sharpened, and polished to smooth the appearance.
Equipment :
File, wind grinder, 120# sandpaper
C. 100% material inspection- Appearance visual inspection
Precautions:
a. Do not over-cut or miss processing;
b. Be careful not to scratch or burr the surface;
c. Ensure the finish of the processed surface is Ra0.8, and the size and shape tolerances
No processing should be missed, no sharp corners or burrs should be removed, and the R corners should be connected smoothly.
a. The surface of the product must be free of overcutting, sand holes, lack of material, burrs, and other undesirable phenomena.
b. Via pass and stop gauge detection
c. Check the flatness of the product according to the drawings
d. Handle the product gently to prevent deformation
6, IPQC inspection
Visual inspection of appearance
7, Polish (manual removal)
Remove product clamping line caps, surface particles, slag bags, and gate residues.
No processing should be missed, no sharp corners or sharp edges should be removed, and the mold closing line should be connected smoothly.
8, IPQC inspection
Visual inspection of appearance
9, Outsourcing-powder spraying (Area powder spraying)
Test Equipment :
Appearance visual inspection + film thickness meter + colorimeter + salt spray tester + hundred grid test tool + alcohol resistance test + pencil test
Precautions:
1. The painted and anti-bake fractal area is obvious, and there is no abnormal color, dirt, exposed bottom, dust accumulation, scratches, etc.;
2. The color is consistent and uniform according to the sample;
10, IPQC inspection/IQC incoming inspection
Appearance visual inspection, special characteristics inspection.
Precautions:
a. Confirm the surface quality after powder spraying;
b. The holes need to be randomly inspected with a needle gauge/tested with a tooth hole pass gauge.
11, Full inspection of appearance + packaging
Comprehensive inspection of products and packaging
Equipmen :
cartons, dividers, bubble wrap, desiccant
Precautions:
a. The appearance shall be inspected according to the sample. The surface shall be free of dirt, scratches, dents and defects, and the glue dispensing shall be even and without defects!
b. The tooth pattern must comply with the pass-and-stop inspection.
c. The product is placed in the knife card, covered with flat cardboard on the upper layer, and then packaged.
12, FQC inspection
Test Tools: Caliper, projection, needle gauge, tooth gauge, appearance and outer packaging inspection
Precautions:
Whether the measuring tool is within the calibration period.
13, Shipping
Precautions:
a. make sure the quantity is the same as order.
b. Label and stamp on the outer box
c. Provide a shipping report.
14, OQC shipping inspection
Test Tools: Caliper, projection, needle gauge, tooth gauge, appearance and outer packaging inspection.
Precautions:
Whether the measuring tool is within the calibration period. Whether it is consistent with SIP requirements and customer requirements.
